The Marathon Pelletiser give exceptionally long production runs without maintenance shutdowns. It produces the high quality pellets required for today's advanced/engineering materials applications.
The easy access features allow maintenance to be done quickly, on line, for increased productivity.

- Slant cut rotor with 48 small, solid knives secured in the rotor by multiple wedges.
- Moveable rotor and fixed bed knife mounting support.
- Split chamber with hydraulic actuator.
- Allows sensitive knife gap adjustment as low as .001ﾔ.
- Produces consistently high quality pellets, free from fines and, or tails.
- Fast, easy feed roll changes.
