TANGENTIAL SERIES

Tangential Series granulators come in two (2) sizes; the model 2024 and the 2036. The special cutting chamber designs draw the products in question to the lower bed knife, where the cutting action traps the item between the rotor knife and bed knife "jaw". In this way, the larger items from rotational molding, large injection molding, and blow molding are more easily accepting, ingested, and processed.

LARGE TANGENTIAL SERIES

Cumberland's Large Tangential Series granulators feature heavy-duty construction, including an easy access base, which creates a stronger design with easy clean out and servicing.

50 SERIES CENTRAL-MEDIUM GRANULATORS

Cumberland's 50 Series Central granulators are designed for a variety of medium-duty applications.

X SERIES CENTRAL

Cumberland's X Series is one of the most versatile central granulators available. Ideally suited for applications including large injection molded parts, blow molded parts, automotive moldings, light purgings, furniture and appliance parts, etc. The X Series comes in 27" (700mm), 39" (1000mm), and 55" (1400mm) widths, cutting circle diameter of 24", and horsepower options from 50 thru 150 hp with throughput rates ranging from 1800 to 6000 lbs/hr.

C SERIES CENTRAL

Cumberland's C Series is designed for heavy duty, high capacity granulation. Ideally suited for applications including heavy extruded purgings, sheet, pipe scrap, X-ray film, post consumer bailed bottles, film and fibers. The C Series comes in 40" (1000mm) and 56" (1400mm) widths, cutting circle diameter of 18", and horsepower options from 100 thru 200 hp.

3200 SERIES CENTRAL

Ultimate Performance, Heavy Duty, High-Throughput Capacity, and Time Saving Accessibility. Cumberland's 3200 Series granulators have been designed with you, the processor, in mind. The 3200 Series granulator has cutting chamber sizes
32" x 42", 32" x 63", and 32" x 84" The standard motor size is 200 to 400 hp (horsepower) TEFC Standard.

B SERIES CENTRAL

Cumberland's B Series is designed for heavy duty, high capacity central granulation systems. Ideally suited for applications including heavy extruded purgings, sheet, pipe scrap, X-ray film, post consumer bailed bottles, film and fibers. The B Series comes in 37" and 50" widths, cutting circle diameter of 18", horsepower options from 100 thru 200 hp, and through puts on the B Series range from 2500 - 4000 lbs/hr.

H SERIES

Special versions of the Central Granulators are offered to our clients for the reclamation of polymers in their heaviest and worst forms. The H Series units were developed over many years, to perfect the process of reclaiming purgings, patties, and the extremely heavy cross section material forms.
