20 SERIES

The Cumberland 20 Series granulators are ideal for reject components from the injection, blow molding, and extrusion processes. The compact design makes them easily movable and the sound enclosure controls noise and permits access. Engineered for hand feed, robot feed or conveyor feed, these low speed granulators are packed full of standard features.

25 SERIES
GENERAL PURPOSE

Cumberland's 25 Series granulators are designed for efficient beside-the-press regrind of reject components from injection molding, blow molding and extrusion processes. The 25 Series granulator has cutting chamber sizes of 254 mm x 305 mm and 254 mm x 457 mm. The standard motor size is 3.75kW TEFC Standard.

General Purpose granulators offer a wide range of capabilities to handle the most demanding injection molding, blow molding and extrusion requirements. The 40 Series General Purpose granulators have cutting chamber sizes of 406 mm x 508 mm, 406 mm x 711 mm and 406 mm x 1016 mm. The standard motor size is 15kW TEFC Standard and capability up to 30 kw.

The standard motor sizes are 2 hp (1.5kW) and 3hp (2.2 kW)
